Thought Lineages

It is important to recognize where our thinking emerges from and where it is rooted. Black Feminists have been the leaders in modelling how to acknowledge our lineages. Here are some of the folks whose thinking was foundational to building the RAIL and who continue to collaborate to deepen relational thinking.

The Fallowship

Out of countless Zoom calls, one chat thread to rule them all. Initiated as a socially distanced means of sense-making nearly a year into the COVID-19 pandemic, this collection of colleagues and friends, united by a limitless interest in Systems Change for a stronger arts sector, collect together threads of information to parse through what is now and dream into what is next.
